Mobile County DUI Attorney and your Commercial Driver's License

When you have obtained a commercial license, there is a responsibility beyond operating your work vehicle. The standards are much stricter than having a regular driver's license. Under Alabama Law, you cannot operate a commercial vehicle while having "a measurable or detectable amount of alcohol in your system".
